Hi everyone! I'm Olena, a mother of four adult children. We all share a deep love for delicious food. Despite having a higher medical education, my passion led me to graduate from a confectionery school in Spain. This journey allowed me to fulfill my dream – opening a café featuring my own signature desserts. I believe that cooking delicious food is a skill, not just a gift. It requires an understanding of ingredients, techniques, and the technologies behind recipes. I truly believe that with the right knowledge, you can cook better at home than in a restaurant. No need for extra time or effort.
